We need your email address in order to contact you if a third party objects to your published content as being illegal.

7) Use of customer data for direct marketing
7.1 Registration for our email newsletter
If you sign up for our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only requirement for sending the newsletter is your email address. The further provision of data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter, which ensures that you only receive the newsletter once you have expressly confirmed your consent to receive the newsletter by clicking on a verification link sent to the specified email address.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. We store your IP address entered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data we collect when you register for the newsletter is used strictly for the intended purpose.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the person responsible named above. 7.2 Klaviyo
Our email newsletter is sent via this provider: Klaviyo, Inc., 125 Summer St., Ste 600, Boston, MA 02110, USA
Based on our legitimate interest in effective and user-friendly newsletter marketing, we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter to this provider in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR so that they can send the newsletter on our behalf.
Subject to your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, the provider also carries out a statistical evaluation of the success of newsletter campaigns using web beacons or tracking pixels in the emails sent, which can measure opening rates and specific interactions with the content of the newsletter. In doing so, end device information (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system) is also collected and evaluated, but not merged with other data sets.
You can revoke your consent to newsletter tracking at any time with effect for the future.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that protects the data of our website visitors and prohibits the transfer to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
8) Data processing for order processing
8.1 Transmission of image files for order processing via upload function
On our website, we offer customers the opportunity to request the personalization of products by submitting image files via an upload function. The submitted image motif is used as a template for personalizing the selected product.
Using the upload form on the website, the customer can send one or more image files from the memory of the end device used to us directly via automated, encrypted data transfer. We record, save and use the transmitted files exclusively to produce the personalized product in accordance with the respective service description on our website. If the transmitted image files are passed on to a special service provider for the production and processing of the order, you will be expressly informed of this in the following paragraphs. No further transfer will take place. If the transmitted files or digital motifs contain personal data (in particular images of identifiable persons), all of the processing operations just mentioned are carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing your online order in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
After the order has been processed, the transmitted image files will be automatically and completely deleted.
8.2 To the extent necessary for the execution of the contract for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company and the commissioned credit institution in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
If we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products on the basis of a corresponding contract, we will process the contact details you provided when ordering (name, address, email address) in order to inform you personally about upcoming updates within the legally stipulated period via a suitable communication channel (e.g. by post or email) within the scope of our statutory information obligations in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c GDPR. Your contact details will be used strictly for the purpose of notifying you of updates owed by us and will only be processed by us for this purpose to the extent necessary for the respective information.
To process your order, we also work with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the implementation of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to this service provider in accordance with the following information.
8.3 We work with external shipping partners to fulfil our contractual obligations. We pass on your name and delivery address and, if necessary for delivery, your telephone number, to a shipping partner selected by us solely for the purposes of delivering the goods (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
8.4 Use of payment service providers (payment services)
Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method “Apple Pay” from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment will be processed using the “Apple Pay” function of your iOS, watchOS or macOS device by charging a payment card stored with “Apple Pay”. Apple Pay uses security features that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must also enter a code that you have previously specified and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information about your order provided during the ordering process is first passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to process the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been sent, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the source website to confirm the payment was successful.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was completed successfully. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you personally. You can turn off the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone's settings. Go to Wallet & Apple Pay and turn off Allow payments on Mac.
Further information on data protection at Apple Pay can be found at the following internet address: https://support.apple.com /de-de /HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method “Google Pay” from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), the payment will be processed via the “Google Pay” application on your device with at least Android 4.4 (“KitKat”) and mobile devices with an NFC function by charging a payment card stored with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To authorize a payment via Google Pay of more than €25, your mobile device must first be unlocked using the verification measure set up in each case (e.g. facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process will first be passed on to Google about your order. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay to the source website in the form of a unique transaction number, which is used to verify that the payment has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the actual payment data of your payment method stored with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time numerical token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts only as an intermediary to process the payment process. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by charging the payment method stored with Google Pay.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made through Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, the merchant location and description, a description of the goods or services purchased provided by the merchant, photos that you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, the verification of transaction data and the optimization and maintenance of the functionality of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to merge the processed transaction data with other information that is collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, but not exclusively, address data.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may remain entitled to continue processing your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual payment processing.

9) Retargeting/remarketing and conversion tracking
9.1 Meta Pixel with advanced data comparison
Within our online offering, we use the “Meta Pixel” service of the following provider in the extended data comparison mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”)
If a user clicks on an ad we have placed on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after forwarding via a cookie that our linked page itself sets. In addition, this cookie records specific customer data such as the email address that we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram ad during processes such as purchases, account registrations or registrations (extended data comparison). The cookie is then read and enables the data to be determined, including the specific customer data, at Meta.
We use “Meta Pixel” with advanced data matching to make our advertisements (so-called “ads”) on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure that they correspond to the interests of users or have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Meta (so-called “custom audiences”).
In addition, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement (conversion). Compared to the standard variant of "Meta Pixel", the advanced data matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by recording more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta so that it can be assigned to the respective user profile and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's data usage guidelines ( https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ ). The data may enable Meta and its partners to serve ads on and off Facebook.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies to read information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transferred to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to a Meta Platforms Inc. server in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
9.2 TikTok Pixel
This website uses the conversion tracking technology of the following provider: TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland
If you have accessed the provider's domain on our website from an advertisement, the success of the advertisement can be tracked using cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, pings or HTTP requests).
For this purpose, certain device and browser information, including your IP address if applicable, is collected via tracking technology in order to record and evaluate user actions predefined by us (e.g. completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, visits to product pages). This enables us to create statistics on user behavior on our website after being redirected from an advertisement, which we use to optimize our offering.
10) Page functionalities

The provider validates the address entered, verifies the spelling and adds any missing data. If the address is not clear, correct alternative suggestions are displayed. For this purpose, the address data you enter is sent to the provider, where it is stored and evaluated.
This processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper collection of the customer's correct address data in order to properly fulfill our contractual delivery obligations and to prevent contract implementation problems.
The provider processes the data concerned separately and does not merge it with other data sets, and deletes it as soon as its status or correctness has been confirmed, but no later than after 30 days.
11) Rights of the data subject

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA IN QUESTION. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE PROCESSING IF WE CAN PROVE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSERTING, EXERCISING OR DEFENDING LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.
12) Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of storage of personal data is based on the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and – if applicable – additionally on the respective statutory retention periods (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).
When processing personal data on the basis of an explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, the data concerned will be stored until you revoke your consent.
There are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the framework of legal transactions or quasi-legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. This data is routinely deleted after expiry of the retention periods, provided that it is no longer required to fulfill or initiate a contract and/or we have no legitimate interest in continuing to store it.
When processing personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, these data will be stored until you exercise your right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
When processing personal data for the purpose of direct advertising on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, these data will be stored until you exercise your right of objection in accordance with Art. 21 (2) GDPR.
Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration on specific processing situations, stored personal data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
